Activism Tip: Expose corruption to bring about change

LI's Campus Reform uncovered a story last month about the “Un-Fair Campaign,” racist anti-white videos funded by officials at the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD).

The offensive videos became an Internet sensation after Campus Reform followed a student’s tip to break the story. More than 80 national reporters wrote articles. One appeared on Fox News and another on the Drudge Report.

Administrators at UMD initially said they would continue support for the racist campaign. But, after dozens of news stories piled-up, they conceded and announced they would cancel all funding for the program.

That victory is just one example of how students can channel the news media to expose corruption and defeat liberal abuses on their campuses.

Working on another tip from a student earlier in the year, Campus Reform revealed that the University of California - Berkeley (CAL) planned to spend $200,000 of federal funds on a tank for their campus police department.

Conservatives, libertarians, and even liberals were outraged at the plan. Several days later the CAL administration announced they had cancelled the order for the tank.

Student-activists who report stories of abuse on their campuses are instrumental in bringing about conservative change.

When sensible people fight abuse and bias on campus and elsewhere, they usually win. Sunlight is a good disinfectant.

Keep your eyes open. Leftist abuses occur frequently on most campuses probably including yours.  When you witness them, report them to @JosiahRyan @oliverdarcy or you LI field representative. They will help you to gain publicity that could lead to victory for your cause.
