Why take action? Here are 36 good reasons.

By Bonnie Kristian, on December 3, 2009

Standing up for intellectual liberty on your campus is often easier than you'd think, especially given the wide range of effective activism ideas Campus Reform has put at your disposal.  In fact, your conservative or libertarian group should pick one event to start planning today -- two which I'd personally reccomend you try are "The Price is Wrong (for Universal Health Care)" and "Flyer Blitz."

Apart from the obvious advantage of promoting principles of freedom, campus activism has a number of valuable benefits, some of which may not be immediately obvious.  So for the next few weeks I wil discuss no less than 36 benefits of activism.  Here's the list in brief:

1.    Local media attention
2.    State-wide media attention

Starting today, I'll address one topic each weekday.  Keep checking back at this blog daily to learn the details of each benefit!  If you see one you particularly like, use the "Share this" button at the end of this post to send the article on to the members of your campus group -- or any friend interested in conservative and libertarian activism.  You can also view these posts by becoming a fan of the Campus Reform Facebook page -- hey, at least it gives you a good justification for those Facebook breaks.

Got an idea for another benefit of activism?  Leave a comment here and I'll add it to the list!
