The mission of America’s Future Foundation is to identify and develop the next generation of conservative and libertarian leaders. We work to build a nationwide network of young professionals who are committed to the principles of limited government, free markets, and personal responsibility.

AFF occupies a unique niche. Many conservative and libertarian organizations target college students to teach the first principles of a free society and offer professional training for first jobs. AFF is the only organization that targets professionals in their 20s and 30s in their second stage of development as leaders.

Programs and Services

AFF hosts monthly Roundtable debates, Leadership dinners, and social events. We publish Doublethink, podcast Inside Washington Weekly, and award a $10,000 prize for the best college blogger in America. AFF hosts a Career Center, offering a job bank, career resources, and mentoring for its members. And, AFF on the Road hosts debates in major cities nationwide and sponsors local chapters.
