About Francis
Francis Kapper is a Campus Reform Senior Correspondent. He is a graduate student at the University of Florida pursuing a master’s degree in public relations. Francis earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida in 2024. He previously served as a news anchor for WUFT News, a Public Broadcasting Service affiliate. He currently covers local news on Florida’s east coast for Hometown News, outside of his work with Campus Reform. After graduating, he worked as a grant writer for A.M. Crawford Inc., assisting with proposals for union-based trade apprenticeships across the United States.
