My name is Jackson Williams, and I am a student at New Mexico State University studying government. My inclination to study the structure of our nation's government and the political theories surrounding its creation has always been of interest to me. Inevitably, my research would find me aligning myself with conservatism and the principles it puts forth. The appeal to conservatism was also influenced by my upbringing, as growing up on a farm training horses and working in the fields taught me diligence and perseverance. My parents also raised me to respect traditional values instilled in me from a young age. With both my interest in our constitution and the conservative principles, I hope to attend law school to assist in upholding the principles and laws that our nation has been based upon since its founding.
