My life long passion of history and politics on the local, national and global level coupled with my dedication to delivering objective and fair facts motivates me to inform communities while also sharing their stories. My hands-on journalistic experience during my studies at the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications along with experience in covering congressional elections has prepared me to continue my career as a political correspondent in Washington D.C. Born in Queens, NY and raised in Jupiter, FL by a Colombian mother and Polish father, I have a unique perspective and interest in metropolitan versus small town life as well as international affairs.
