Fmr. Antifa member supports labeling group a domestic terror organization (VIDEO)

Nadales joined Fox & Friends on Sunday to discuss a resolution sponsored by two Republican senators that would do just that.

Former Antifa member turned conservative activist Gabriel Nadales supports labeling the far-left group as a domestic terror organization.

Former Antifa member Gabriel Nadales, who is now an employee of Campus Reform’s parent organization the Leadership Institute, said on Fox & Friends Sunday that the far-left group, whose presence is prevalent on college campuses across the country, should be labeled as a domestic terror organization, as one resolution, sponsored by two Republican senators, would do.

Nadales recently told Fox’s Tucker Carlson that college campuses are where Antifa members are “getting a lot of their philosophy from.”

“Antifa are terrorists, violent masked bullies who ‘fight fascism’ with actual fascism, protected by liberal privilege,” Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.) said while announcing the resolution in a joint press release with Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas).

“Bullies get their way until someone says no. Elected officials must have courage, not cowardice, to prevent terror,” Cassidy added.

“Antifa is a terrorist organization composed of hateful, intolerant radicals who pursue their extreme agenda through aggressive violence,” Cruz said. “Time and time again their actions have demonstrated that their central purpose is to inflict harm on those who oppose their views. Like any terrorist organization they choose to pursue their political ends through violence, fear and intimidation. They must be stopped.”

Nadales reacted to the senators’ bill on Fox & Friends Sunday, describing from his experience what it was like to be a part of the radical group.

”The interesting thing about Antifa is it really doesn’t have any leadership. A lot of times it’s mob rule and it’s a lot of groupthink,” Nadales said.

”Behind closed doors, I can tell you it was never something that you stand for. It’s always about standing against something, whether it be standing against the military, standing against the police, standing against American values that we hold dear now. It’s never about standing or fighting for something, it’s always fighting against something.”
